4. What if I am not satisfied with provided work?
We provide you initial draft of your order after receiving payment. Once you approve the initial draft, further work is processed. So, there is no chance of not being satisfied with your work.
5. What if I need any change in the provided work?
If you need any change in the provided work then you can ask for reviewing. We’ll review it in the shortest time.
6. Can I choose the person who is going to work on my project?
For design service, we provide you different mock ups from different designers. Thus, you choose the work of the designer you like. For other services, you don’t have this options.
7. How can I place my order?
To place your order for any service, you are required to send us your requirements first by filling out the Get Inquiry Form.
8. What is your shortest turnaround time?
Depending on your requirements as well as package, your first draft is delivered to you. We take minimum 3 to 5 days business days to deliver any order.
9. How do you deliver the completed order?
Based on the service you availed whether it is design, development, printing or SEO, we will provide you files in respective format and sent to you via mail.

10. How can I calculate the price for my project?
Each order price is estimated based on its requirements. We have package for services with particular offers and price. If you have customized project and no package is fit to your requirement, then you can send us your requirements by filling out Get Quote and we will send you price.
11. Are the prices of packages fixed?
Yes, package prices are fixed and when you purchase a package you will have to pay the full amount.
12. How can I make the payment?
We accept different payment modes including online and offline be it credit card, PayPal, Western Union or bank transfer.
13. Should I make the payment prior to receiving the order?
Yes, payments for all services must be made prior to receiving the order. We don’t process any order as long as its payment is confirmed
14. Can I get my refund if I’m not satisfied?
No, we don’t issue refund in any case. If you are not satisfied you can ask for as many reviews as you want.
